By accessing or using the TrainReady web application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the service.

TrainReady is operated by Oyea Tech Ltd ("we," "us," or "our"), a company registered in the United Kingdom.

TrainReady is not a medical device. The AI-based form analysis, scores, and feedback provided by the App are for informational and educational purposes only.

• No Medical Advice: The App does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or advice.
• Consult a Professional: Always consult with a physician or qualified healthcare provider before starting any new exercise program.
• Risk of Injury: Strength training involves inherent risks. By using this App, you acknowledge that you are voluntarily participating in these activities and assume all risk of injury to yourself.
• Ignore Pain:If you experience faintness, pain, or shortness of breath at any time, you should stop immediately and seek medical attention. Do not rely on the App's "green" score if you feel pain.

TrainReady utilizes Artificial Intelligence (Gemini models) to analyze video footage.

• Accuracy: While we strive for accuracy, AI analysis is an estimation and may not always be 100% correct. Lighting, camera angles, and clothing can affect results.
• No Guarantee:We do not guarantee that following the App's suggestions will prevent injury or improve performance.

• Your Content: You retain ownership of the videos you upload. By uploading, you grant us a temporary license to process these videos to provide the analysis service.
• Prohibited Content: You agree not to upload videos that are illegal, pornographic, violent, or infringe on the rights of others.
• Data Deletion: Your uploaded source video is used only for analysis and is deleted from our storage after processing. Reports and the still frames captured from your video are saved to your signed-in account until you delete them. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the in-app Account page, or by contacting support.

The App, including its code, design, graphics, and algorithms, is the property of Oyea Tech Ltd and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial use.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Oyea Tech Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to personal injury, loss of data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the App.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Effective Date" of these Terms. Your continued use of the App constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
